All you need is smart phone, internet and Google map application or google map in your internet browser. This application shows the live traffic report in UAE by giving colors on the road.

I personally use Google map apps whenever I am moving around UAE and its 100% reliable as per my past usage.

Dark red and black color - heavy traffic 

Red in colour                       - medium traffic 

Yellow in color                  - traffic 

Green in color                   - No traffic
